RUNTIME ERROR

HI THERE I KEEP GETTING A RUNTIME ERROR POPING UP AN NOW
IT COMES UP WHEN I AM ON INTERNET EXPLORER. I DID AN
ANALYSIS WITH NORTON AND IT TELLS ME I AM MISSING TH
FOLLOWING FILES VVRTKREG.DLl & mscoree.dll can anyone
help me with this problem
 
While you are in IE select Tools>Internet Options>Advanced>Check
Disable Script Debugging.
