runtime error while on net

I just recently started getting a debug error msg -
runtime error - do you want to debug.

While having another problem earlier I may have
inadvertently turned a debug option on. don't remember
where to chg that. can you help? thanks.
 
internet options>advanced>check the disable script debugging>uncheck display a scrip error notification.
