runtime error, object expected,

Does anyone know what "runtime error: line whatever,
object expected" means? I keep getting this message when
I use internet explorer or work on html files. It asks
if I want to debug, but I don't know what needs to be
resolved. What does this mean? What can I do?

It means nothing to you, unless you're a web developer. To turn off the
messages in Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab
and uncheck 'Display a notification about every script error'. Also place a
check mark (if one is not already there) in 'Disable script debugging.'
