Runtime Error Message

Starting to get on the Net, I rec the following error
message: A runtime error has occurred. Do you wish to
debug?

Clicking "No" only remedied it until the the next time;
clicking "yes" lead me to unknown territory. Microsoft
Knowledge Base Article - 233112 was not that helpful.

Recommendations, please.
 
Try checking 'Disable script debugging' in tools -> internet options ->
advanced.
