Runtime error-Debug?

After installing XP PRO when surfing, playing lotto games
and even opening email I Get "A Runtime Error has occured-
Do you wish ti debug--yes or no- Line___Error"Win
12"(and others) is null or not an object!" Other Lines __
will state as expected etc.
I find it is worse when "Ultimate popup stopper is
enabled"
I'm using Win XP Pro OS-etc on another computer and NO
Problems!

In Internet Explorer go to Tools, Internet Options, Advanced. Uncheck
Display a notification about every script error and check Disable Script
debugging.
