Help please! Whenever Windows is booted, a runtime error 5 message shows up.
Also, when I turn off the computer it reboots on its own

What can I do to fix these probs?

From the start/run applet execute
MSCONFIG look under the startup tab and disable any thing not familiar with.
Leave Explorer and Systray alone, they are needed.

Find out what they are and if some will cause problems.
