Looking for help with this problem

Windows 2000 Prof., IE 6, every time I go on-line (dial-up), almost immediately after I get connected my IP, I get this error, sometimes it causes (I think) Svchost service to be terminated by Windows because of too many errors

Runtime error 204 at 0000 6AB2 - what application does it refer to

Check for parasites.
Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.

Hello

thank you for your help, I followed your advice, and used Spyhunter, AdAware, Highjackthis to clean the Sh.. out. eAnthology was found, and according to some of the articles on the Net - it's hard to remove it. Can it be the culprit of this error. It does still come up (runtime error....) and sometimes the system remains stable, sometimes not. What's your opinion on this? Anything else I can try

Is this process executed when you start "EanthologyApp"?

This is the file: EANTHO~1.EXE
Stop-Sign from eAccelerration. Detects spyware, malware, viruses and
keyloggers and stops popups. Spyware itself - read their privacy statement
