runtime error 14

I keep getting an error message that says "runtime error
14 out of string space". Then I get another message from
IE that says that IE has experienced a peroblem and is
going to close down, after this my browser closes. how
do I debug this error?

What are you doing when you get this error?
What other programs are running in the background?

Rule out parasites.
Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.
