I want to run cleanmgr then have my computer reboot once a week. However,
when I set a task for cleanmgr, it wants me to supply a password. I don't
have a password on my computer and don't want to add one. Is there any way to
run this task without a password?

Only if you want anyone in the world to be able to log on to your computer. Blank passwords (you do have a password - it is blank) are only allowed to log on at the keyboard.

So if they guess that your Administrator account is called administrator (you didn't configure security to rename it, did you?) and they guess the password is blank they can do what they want with your computer.

Task Scheduler requires that you have a password in order to work. The task
won't run without this.

There are workarounds, but they are generally a bit tricky to implement, and
they don't always work.

My suggestion is that you put a password on your computer (as David
suggested) and then use "Control Userpasswords2" to enable you to avoid the
logon screen. (that's how I did it in my wife's offices (I'm the network
admin for her business)).
