DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT WZQPICK.EXE IS UNDER RUNNING
PROCESSES I HAVE NOT SEEN THIS BEFORE AND AM WORRIED IT
DOESNT BELONG................

Hello Dee, that is the "WinZip Quick Pick" feature that runs in your system
tray. If you'd like to turn it off you can do so from WinZips options menu.

No idea what WZQPICK.EXE is, but I checked processes running on my PC, and
found a WZQKPICK.EXE running, did a search of that on groups.google.com and
found that it is the system tray program associated with Win Zip ...

Now, either this is the program you are actually asking about or you have a
worm/virus named WZQPICK.EXE running in hopes that you'll confuse it with
WZQKPICK.EXE ... I'd deduce that if it is a worm/virus you have, that the
symptoms of it are that it forces everything to be typed from your keyboard
in upper case, as is evidenced by your post ...
