Running multiple video files in PP 2003

We have wmv files of five banner ads we want to run simultaneously on a PP
slide (2003). They fade to white and do nothing. To much for PP? We've tried
converting to avi but no luck. Should we try them at Quicktime?
 
Does each wmv run OK when inserted singly? If not I would suspect that the
path to the video is too long.
