You might want to post up the recorded macro code (Press alt f11 to see it).
Macros recorded in edit mode often wont work in presentation mode. If you say
what you want to achieve I'm sure someone will help with the code.
Assuming it will work you can set an action setting (slide show > action
settings) on a shape or button to run the macro during a presentation
