Running Clock

Is it possible to have a time running in a cell then to have formula
working off that time

ie in A1 there would be 13:12 that updates every minute in realtime an
when it reached 14:00 that would trigger a formula to give a value etc

I have a clock example on my website. Just a line chart using some trig.

You can start the ticking with a button press. It's using API macro
scheduling.

just out of interest does anybody know why on my home computer if i se
the cell to =now() and format the cell to have seconds in it runs as
clock but on my computer at work it just has the time of when i pu
the command in and dosnt update unless i press f2 to refresh over an
over again

Right figured out why the =NOW() worked on my home computer, i had th
clock from this site open on another spreadshee

when thats open the =NOW() command in a cell runs as a clock in
seperate spreadshee
