Running apps in XP Home

XP Home SP 2, 5 user accounts, 4 of those are limited accounts, 1 i
admin.
Load an app under the admin account for all users to run. The admi
account can run the app fine.
Unfortunately, none of the users are able to run the app. The erro
states:
"User <limited user name> unable to write file E:\pmwpmuser.dat"
The folder properties has Read Only checked. Tried to uncheck read onl
and it will not stay unchecked.

Does any one know what I have to do to allow limited users to run thes
apps?
(other than giving them admin rights)

You have to do this operation (chenge fom read to Change) with tha
administrator account in the Security PANE of the folder (rightClick)
