Running and creating forms in Excel

How do you create and run forms in Excel? Any help would be great on
this

Hello Michael
You can either use items from the Forms tool bar or the Controls Tool box.
These can be obtained from their respective command bars which you visualize
by right-clicking on the excel menu bar.
Items from the controls tool box require some knowledge of programming where
those from the forms tool bar can be easily put in place.
