Running 2 Video Cards

I have an AGP card that I took out and replace with a
128MB PCI Dual VGA Card so that I could run dual
monitors. This all worked fine, but I was wondering if I
left the AGP Card in, would it still process and boost my
performance at all?

There wouldn't be a performance increase from what you suggest.
