runner error

every time I shut my computer down, when it comes back up there is a small
box that says
runner error
invalid backweb application id "1940576"
it doesn't seem to interfere with anything, I just click it and it goes away
till I shut down again its just annoying does anyone know what this is?

Hi,

It might been caused by a spyware that is not completely removed .

1. Control Panel, Add/Remove software.
Remove all you don't know / all that is called Backweb.
2. Start, Run, MSCONFIG.
Disable Backweb or all that seems suspicious. Beware: have a close look
to the folders where those applications reside. You won't recognizae all of
them by the name.

went to add/remove there is nothing there called backweb. ran spybot didn't
find anything
