Rundll32.exe hangs on shutdown Fix?

Hi I am running Windows 2000 Pro. Everytime I reboot
the " Rundll32.exe hangs and i have to click end program
now to be able to reboot. How do I fix this so I don't
have to do that. Thank You for your time and help in
advance. Janette

Do you have AdAware or Spybot on your system? It sound like adware has
loaded itself onto your computer. These 2 programs can get rid of your
shutdown problems. I had the same problem some time ago and I downloaded
these programs and it fixed the problem. Go to www.lavasoft.com for AdAware
and www.download.com and put spybot into the search to download spybot 1.3.
