RUNDLL Query

My virus software detected a virus in a DLL file and
initially placed it in it's vault.

It now, however, seems to have disappeared entierly and I
now get an error message saying Error loading
c:\windows\system32\msa64chk.dll could not be found.

Is there any way I can reload this file from my Windows
XP disc without erasing other files?
