RUNDLL Errors

Whenever I try to access the Internet, or just browse
through the drives of my computer the message: An
exception occurred while trying to
run "C:\WINDOWS\System32\btiein.dll, Download" appears
while everything operates normally. Also my login
account is the only one to have this error, while my
other family members' internet and drives work just fine.
I would like to know how to fix this problem, thank you.

btiein.dll is spyware. You need to get it off your computer. Try one of the
