RUNDLL error message

OK!! Let's try this again. My daughter is receiving a
re-occuring error message. It shows up everytime she
turns on her computer or re-boots. It reads as
follows: "Error loading C:\Windows\image.dll" "The
specified module could not be found" Could anyone please
advise me how to get rid of this message?

It could be caused by several things
One thing you can try is t
Clicl START> RUN. type in SFC/scanno
What this does is look at your .dll files and makes corrections if needed. Be patient with it, it can take a long time to run, and you have to stay with it because it may pause and ask questions as you go
First, though, you should run a virus scan
