RUNDLL Error Message

Hi,

Can anyone please help?

I've recently had to (unnecessarily, as it turns out!) had to have my hard
drive formatted... courtesy of the incompetent idiots at DELL (!!!!!) -
thereby losing a lot of important information!

Anyway, having had to reinstall Windows XP Pro myself (with no help from
DELL!!!) I now find that I'm constantly (everytime Windows starts) getting
the following error message:

RUNDLL
Error loading wO491bc2.dll
The specified module could not be found.

So, I have to "Ok" it everytime and it goes away. As far as I can tell,
there seems to be no obvious problem caused by this 'missing' file, although
I am concerned. I have tried searching the internet AND Windows sites for the
missing dll file but nothing at all is found.

Being apprehensive and reluctant to 'phone DELL again and have them cause me
more distress and perhaps ruin my computer forever, can anyone please shed
some light on this and help me correct the apparent problem?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks, in advance.

"wO491bc2.dll" is not a Windows file.Scan your system with latest
versions of Spybot,Search and Destroy,CWShredder as well as Adaware.Run
all of them in Safe mode.
