rundll error message

I get a couple of error messages when I start up windows.
I get one rundll error that appears only once and another
that appears every 20 seconds. Is there a way to stop
these messages from appearing? The message says Error
Loading C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~2\ADDRES~1\cnbabe.dll if that
is any help. Any imformation you could give me will be
appriciated. Thanks

This might be a spyware .dll ,try using SpyBot....
