RUNDLL error message

when my son logs on to his account, 3 'RUNDLL' error message boxes appear,
saying the following: error loading c:\windows\system32msa64chk.dll. the
speicfied module could not be found.
although he clicks off these boxes, he can never do anything, not even turn
off, we then have to switch off by mains. my account is ok.

Your son picked up a 64bit DLL (Dynamic Library Link) file from the Internet
which is not a System32 file. Many of those malware/spyware files come from
Pornographic sites. How old is he? Anyhow, do this:

He should look in the registry as an admin user, and find the Run key for his profile in hkey_Users/... to remove the app that is
starting at logon. He should be able to get to his profile in Safe Mode, too.

start/run, type regedit, the left pane is Keys, which, when highlighted, show Values (msblast or whatever)in the right pane, to be
deleted.
