RUNDLL Error Loading

When loading my computer I have this error message pop up on the desk top:

RUNDLL
Error Loading C:\PROGRA~1\MYWEBS~1\bar\1.bin\FF3SCRCTR.DLL

This module could not be found.

Please can anyone help
