Hi,

I'm getting the following error message when I restart my pc:

rundll

Error loading ctmbha.dll. A dynamic link library (DLL) initiation routine
failed.

Any suggestions. Thanks.

I also got the same error on bootup on a new home PC, after about a
week's worth of use. Has anyone confirmed that it's spyware? A google
search doesn't turn up much.

I have the same problem, and I scanned for viruses and spyware with my
Nortons and nothing came up. Is there any other diagnosis and solution?

Solution to CTMBHA.dll loading error

Go to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Creative Labs\Licenses

Rename the B3420000.dat file there to B3420000.dat.old

Reinstall the Creative software. This dll won't see the previous activation and will allow you to reactivate.

No more errors!
