RUNDLL error and SHUTDOWN does not work

I did scan for spyware and any virus using trendmicro.com
free scan. After scan it showd hundreds of spyware
infected files. Instead of pressing clean button I pressed
delete button. Some system files got deleted. I do not
have my WindowsXP CD. I tried to download some softwares
to fix the problem like PC mightMax and rminstell, both of
them are asking to pay first. Is there any free fix for
these problems?

Seems like the only thing you can do now is a minimum of a repair
installation, and you'll need a windows installation CD for that.
