every time I try to use runas command from a limited user
account I get this message: "Windows cannot access the
specified device,path, or file. You may not have the
appropriate permissions to access them."
i made sure that the secondry logon is enabled and set to
automatic.

Perhaps you can describe how you are trying to use RunAs
and if it is with a cmd give an example of what you are trying.

Hi Roger, thanks for the reply,
I right click the application and choose run as. However,
I found out that the problem was that my limited access
accounts folders were set to private. I thought that
since administrator accounts can view private folders in
other accounts, then I can intall files in these folders
running as administrator.
