Run XP on SATA RAID 0 Drive or P-ATA drive?

I currently installed XP on a P-ATA Western Digital 80 gig hd. I then
waited for a few weeks and decided to take advantage of the onboard
SATA RAID 0 with the motherboard. I got 2x 36gig Raptors and got them
working fine. I'm going to use the RAID for Video editing and some
gaming. I'm curious if XP should be installed on the RAID array also,
or if I can still take advantage of RAID with XP still installed on
the original P-ATA drive
