Hi all,
Is it possible for me to launch a process on Unix from my Windows?
I'm using Solaris 8 and WIN XP.

Should I be using putty, Exceed Hummingbird or something similar?

Thanks for your time,
Lax

If they are two seperate boxes then yes you can, just telnet or ssh
into the unix box and you use the same commands as if you were directly
using the unix box. you will need to install/configure ssh or telnet
before you can use it.

Flamer.
