Neither IBM nor Microsoft will answer this question
without my paying $35. My machine is in warranty until
2006 so I don't think I should have to pay anything for
OEM Software support.....but they are not cooperating.

Whenever I use the Internet, I messages that say (as
example) "Run Time Error" Line xxx could not find object
Do you Want to Debug?

Very annoying, including the fact that I've spent hours
looking for answers, and speaking for hours with tech
support. I tried to install the latest Java and it won't
do it becuase it says my Web Browser settings aren't
right....but I've never had this problem before.

HELP!

Hi,
From IE> Tools> Internet Options> Advanced...
Check "Disable script debugging" and uncheck "Display a notification about
every script error." This may be all you need to do.

Also in Internet Options> Advanced> Microsoft VM> check JIT compiler
enabled, uncheck Java console enabled and Java logging enabled. if you have
Java (Sun) or JRE (Sun) uncheck it.

Especially if using WinXP:
Check your versions of Java / MS VM

Hope this helps,
