Run time errors - revisited

I am aware of how to turn off run time errors on the Internet Options -->
Advanced tab. The problem is we keep doing it and it keeps turning itself
back on. We are a school district and students to not have rights to the
Internet Options tab. So we go around to all the computers and turn off
script debugging. It appears that we download updates for Microsoft office
2003 and magically the script debugging is turned back on and we do it again,
and again, and again. Is there a way to turn this off in Group Policies or
via a script?

Thanks for the tip. I will see if I can apply that registry change via a
Group Policy.
