Run Time error

Our computer is suddenly acting up. I try to use WORD, but after about 5 or 10 minutes, it says "run time error" and the documents are lost. The Comcast guy came out this week to give us a new box, but I can't see how that would effect this. Your help is appreciated because we rely on WORD to work from home.

Hi Annie,

Is it only MSWord that does this? If so, try a repair installation of your
MSOffice product.
