run time error

on diffrent sites i go to a error message will pop up
a run time error has occured do you wish to de bug ?
line37 error unterminated string constant yes no what
does this mean and should i say yes or no to this request

It means you have some kind of debugger running in the background, and on
the page you are viewing there is some kind of script wich contains errors
wich you debugger noticed.
Unless it's your own site you are viewing, you could safely select "no" on
debugging.
