Run Time Error in Internet Explorer Service Pack 2

Constantly receiving run time error on several different
web sites. The error is: Line 21, error 'null' is null
or not an object. Help.
 
Common script errors messages can be eliminated by Clicking:
Menu: Tools - Internet Options - Advanced tab.
Check "Disable script debugging"
Uncheck "Display a notification about every script error"
