Run Time Error for Internet Explorer

Once again I find myself at your mercy for HELP. I'm receiving the following
message when going to some websites: RUN TIME ERROR C:\Program
Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe

As always, I appreciate any feedback or help you can give me.

What is the runtime error number?

Have you tried posting to the IE group?

What OS - What IE? - Error Code - anything showing in Eevnt Viewer.
This group is XP General - when you give some info then help can be given re
the problem or right group in which to post

The OS is Windows XP. There is no error code, that pops up in the Run Time
error box. Just that the error is in C:\ProgramFiles\Internet
Explorer\iexplore.exe
I've run antivirus programs to see if that is an issue and all is clean.
Thank you Newbie and Antioch for the replies. I did not post to the general
site, only to this forum.
