run-time error code '2501'

I'm trying to close a form from another form and i'm
getting the following error: run-time error code '2501'
the close action was cancelled, with the following two
options; debug & end. If click end the message box goes
away the form that i'm tryng to close gets close and the
form continues to run properlly, why i'm getting this
error and how can i get rid of it
