Run time error 429

Unresolved

Hi all ..
Ive read some of the posts regarding this error, but that doesnt solve my
problem.
Ive got my windows re-installed .. so after that, I assume, something went
missing in one of the programs.
Im trying to open a program I have, Business Plan Pro and its telling me "run-
time error 429, ActiveX cannot create object" .. and i also get that at a
start up .. now the thing is, I cannot re-install this program coz I have
bought it off the internet .. it will be a hassle, i might have to pay again :
( and i have some files saved on it already, which i really need ..
any way that i can open it? any suggestions plz?

In addition, maybe this FAQ article from the website of PaloAlto
Software, makers of a product called "Business Plan Pro" (which may or
may not be the product being discussed), will help:
