Run-time error 2501

I keep getting a Run-time error 2501 "The OpenForm action was canceled" in
access 2003 when I use the Access.Application.11 to remotely open a form in
another Access database.
any suggestions?

Looks like a runtime error occurs during form open, check Open and Load
events
