Run Rules or Sort Mail by VBA in Outlook 2003 from Multiple folders.

Outlook 2003.

I have a bunch of Rules that I use to sort all my recent Mail (from both my Inbox and my Sentmail) into different archive PST files and folders) based on what client or other info is in header etc.

But I don't like to have them running automatically cause then I don't get the mail on my Blackberry.

So every day I have to manually go to "Tools / Rules / Run Rules / tick them all / select the Inbox press run then select Sent Mail and press Run"
which is kinda annoying to do everyday…when you have to tick 10-20 little boxes each time.


So I would like a VBA Macro Button that I can click that will run all the rules, and run them on both the Inbox and Sentmail folders after just clicking a button.


so how would i actually do that?
