run query or report automatically

I have a user that would like to use the Scheduled Tasks
feature of Windows to have the PC automatically run an MS
Access query or report each day (in case they are out of
the office). How do I save the query or report externally
to MS Access so that I can schedule it to run? Save as
and Export just save another version inside the .mdb file.

I can set upm a macro to run the query/report, but again
don't know how to have the Scheduler access the macro.

John another way is to create the macro that will print
the reports that are needed. Then create a short cut to
that macro on the machine that is going to have the
scheduled task running. Then use the task manager to run
the macro.... the task manager has to run on a machine
that is gonig to always be running.... that way it will
run every day that you set if for and it will not depend
on anyone to be there to do it.
