"run outlook using a local copy of my exchange mailbox", option is not displayed

I am running Outlook 2003 on an Xp pro sp2 and under properties for E-
mail accounts I do not see the "run outlook using a local copy of my
exchange mailbox" option displayed. Am I missing something? I'm
trying to set up RPC over HTTP. Please advise about not seeing "local
copy option". Thank you.
 
It's called "Use Cached Exchange mode" and appears in the options for the Exchange account.
