Run error

I downloaded the latest ms-antispyware and it installs
fine. When you run the program it says that this version
has expired December 5, 1931. My computer cannot even go
back later that 1980. I tried to uninstall and do a reg
cleanup, then reinstall but it gives the same problem.
Any suggestions?

This can be caused by:
(a) Windows being configured for a non-English locale;
(b) Windows being configured with a non-default Date-and-Time format.
