RUN DLL ERROR

Each time I log on I receive the message RUNDLL
Error loading C:\Windows\System32\msiefr40.dll
access denied. This comes up twice.

I also receive this message:
aqadcup.exe- Unable to locate component
This application failed to start because MFC70.DLL was
not found. Re-installing the application may fix this
problem. This also comes up twice.

May I please get some help in fixing these problems?
