Run CMD file when server boots

Is there a way to have a command file run when a server
boots? I have an application that requires services to be
started from a command file or manually. If the server is
rebooted, these services won't start without someone
logging in. Because of the way these services were
written, I can't set them to auto start.
 
Launch the command via the Task Scheduler, and specify
"startup".
