Run As... dialog missing

Hallo,
we are testing Windows Vista and miss a very important dialog. I created a
mmc-console with administrativ snap-ins. In Windows XP I start the mmc with
"Run As..." <domain>\<myadminuser> and domainpassword. In Windows Vista I can
not choose which administrative domainuser I want to use. Is this a bug? How
can I tell Vista which user I want to use to start the Program? There is only
"Start as Administrator" but this is not enough. Can I activate the Run as...
dialog in the registry?
Once more: When UAC is activated our loginscripts do not run. Does anyone
know why? Win2k3 SP1 domain controller. Is UAC deactivated the script runs
well.

You have to use the RUNAS command from a command prompt now.

I have not used login scripts on Vista yet, so I was unaware that UAC blocks
them, but this seems to be a workaround:

I don´t understand this "feature". In a domain its normal to work with an
user with special rights. I really hope that Microsoft bring back "Run
as...". In our IT-Department work 150 people and nobody want to install
Windows Vista for administration. Microsoft should think about this
circumstances. How should I tell our 9000 users to use cmdlines to start
applications with more rights. This was hard enough with "Run as...". I am
very disappointed about Vista.
