I have a Windows 2000/2003 Active Directory network and have been using
Windows 2000pro as the clients connecting to the network

I have begun the implamentation of Windows XP Pro and have noticed a problem

When right click on a *.exe file on the network drive (not UNC but mapped)
and select "Run As.." I enter my credentals and it tells me that the file
can't file the path or file

What should I do ...... this works fine from all my Windows 2000pro clients

IIRC, at some point Windows switched from system wide drive mappings to per
user drive mappings. So the drive may not be mapped under the other user.
Using the UNC path should help.

IIRC = If I Recall Correctly

I'm not sure how to make system wide mappings, maybe somebody know a trick.

You could always just runas net use.
