Run as admin in context menu

I was wondering if there is a way to add "Run as administrator" to the
windows xp context menu.
I'm aware of the runas command and how to add things to the context
menu.

the algorithm would go something like:
1.Execute runas /user:administrator "whatever was clicked".
2. popup box for admin password


Any ideas?

I know runas will ask you for what user..i dont want it to
though..admin should be automatically entered
