Rules Wizard

I am using the Rules Wizard and it works okay except it
only moves the items to the specified folder after I turn
on my machine. I sit there and watch my e-mails disappear
into another folder before my eyes. I'm afraid that it
will fill up with these messages and my e-mail will be
full when I leave for a week. Isn't there a way to make
the e-mail move to the specified folder right away so when
I turn on my machine, the e-mails will be in the specified
folder already? I am getting tons of spam and this would
be great if only they went away right away. Any other way
to do this?

If you are not connecting to an Exchange server then Outlook needs to be
running, if you are connecting to an Exchange server and you are using a
Rule to move the mail to a personal or offline file then No otherwise you
would need to configure the Rule as a "Server Side" Rule, check here for an
explanation http://www.slipstick.com/rules/serverbased.htm
