Rules Wizard Template File

Sarah

I'm trying to set up an 'I have moved' message to automatically send to
anyone who sends me an email. I've gotten most of it set up through the Rules
Wizard but when it asks me for a template file I get stuck. How do I create a
template file?

Many email accounts offers autoreplies which are configured online. They are
not dependant on any mail client to work - if you do it in outlook, it only
works when outlook is open and checking email.

With outlook 2000, you need to create it using outlook as your editor -
tools, options, mail format to switch editors. Enter the text you want then
use File, Save as.. template (oft). Now point the rule to this template.

you can switch back to word as the editor after its saved.
